At the beginning of May 2017 PJSC CB "PrivatBank" ("PrivatBank", "Bank") will sign a contract with a consortium of international companies headed by Rothschild & Co ("Rothschild") on negotiations on restructuring loans of former owners of the Bank.
According to the press service of the Bank, on April 13, 2017, the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank selected a consortium of companies in Rothschild, Ernst & Young LLC and FINPOINT Ltd. as the winner of the tender for the selection of an internationally recognized company for negotiating restructuring, additional security and restoration. the value of bad loans, other loans and financial leasing commitments that were granted to former end beneficiaries of PrivatBank or to those directly or indirectly linked to the former beneficiaries of the Bank for I maximize the quality of this loan portfolio.
Taking into account the obligations of the final beneficiary owners of the Bank (letter dated December 16, 2016) and based on the need to ensure the stability of the financial system and the protection of the rights and interests of depositors, the Government of Ukraine on December 18, 2016, approved the decision on the state's entry into the capital of PrivatBank, according to which the state in the person of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine became the owner of 100% of shares, while PrivatBank was capitalized to the amount of UAH 116.8 billion.
According to the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policies agreed between Ukraine and the IMF, one of the structural lighthouses is the obligation to elect an internationally recognized company by the end of April 2017 to negotiate restructuring, additional security and restoration of the value of problem loans, and loans granted to former former beneficiaries of PrivatBank and their related entities for the purpose of minimizing state expenditures.

6 Травня 2017р Твитнуть ПриватБанк найме консорціум міжнародних компаній на чолі з Ротшильд
На початку травня 2017 року ПАТ КБ «ПРИВАТБАНК» («ПриватБанк», «Банк») підпише договір з консорціумом міжнародних компаній на чолі з Rothschild & Co («Ротшильд») щодо переговорів про реструктуризацію кредитів колишніх власників Банку.
Як повідомила прес-служба Банку, 13 квітня 2017 року Наглядова рада ПриватБанку обрала консорціум компаній в складі Ротшильд, ТОВ «Ернст енд Янг» та ТОВ «ФІНПОІНТ» переможцем конкурсу з обрання міжнародно визнаної компанії для ведення переговорів про реструктуризацію, внесення додаткового забезпечення та відновлення вартості проблемних кредитів, інших позик та зобов’язань фінансового лізингу, які були надані колишнім кінцевим бенефіціарам ПриватБанку чи особам, які прямо чи опосередковано пов’язанні з колишніми бенефіціарами Банку, для максимізації якості такого кредитного портфелю.
Враховуючи зобов’язання кінцевих бенефіціарних власників Банку (лист від 16 грудня 2016 року) та виходячи з необхідності забезпечення стабільності фінансової системи та захисту прав та інтересів вкладників, Уряд України 18 грудня 2016 року ухвалив рішення про входження держави до капіталу ПриватБанку, згідно з яким держава в особі Міністерства фінансів України стала власником 100% акцій, а ПриватБанк було докапіталізовано на суму 116,8 млрд грн.
Згідно з Меморандумом про економічну та фінансову політику, узгодженим Україною та МВФ, одним із структурних маяків є зобов’язання обрання Урядом України до кінця квітня 2017 року міжнародно визнаної компанії, яка буде вести переговори про реструктуризацію, внесення додаткового забезпечення та відновлення вартості проблемних кредитів та позик, які було надано колишнім кінцевим бенефіціарам ПриватБанку та пов’язаним з ними особам, для цілей мінімізації витрат держави.
